Who is selling

Noverquis Ltd, company number 17521667, 37 Longfellow Way, London SE1 5TB. Contact: applications@noblenobilis.com. Noverquis Ltd is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to any price. ChiropracticClinics.co.uk is an independent index of the General Chiropractic Council public register and is not the GCC.

What you buy

The Featured listing for one clinic on the GCC register, at £29 per month. It gives you: a featured position at the top of your town’s page, a verified badge shown once we have checked your GCC registration is currently practising, and a link to your own website. Featured entries are labelled as paid placements. The standard listing stays free, and paying never changes the register data shown. We do not promise any number of visitors, enquiries or patients.

Ordering and activation

You order through our Stripe checkout page. We then verify your registration against the GCC register and switch the featured entry on, usually within 2 working days of payment.

Billing

£29 is charged by card at checkout and then every month until you cancel. There is no setup fee and no minimum term.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. Email us from the address you used at checkout and ask us to cancel; ask at least 2 working days before your next billing date to avoid that charge. After you cancel, no further payments are taken and the featured entry stays on until the end of the month you have paid for, then reverts to the free listing.

Refunds

If we cannot verify your registration, or have not switched your featured entry on, we refund your payment in full. Once the featured entry is live, payment for a month already started is not refunded when you cancel. This does not affect any rights you have by law.

Our right to remove a listing

If your GCC registration lapses or is suspended, or the listing is misleading, we may remove the featured entry and refund the unused part of the current month.

Liability and law

We take care to keep the entry accurate but supply it as an information service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
